What is GamersWalk?
GamersWalk is a platform of digital entertainment and real time interactions with your favourite streamers or events, where you can get fantastic prizes. In addition you can learn about all the activity of professional players and clubs.
How does it work?
GamersWalk uses a virtual coin called GamerCoins that can be earn by interacting with the platform. With it you can participate in StreamBattles and exchange it for prizes or for participating in raffles.
What happens if i have lost my user or password?

Can i have more than one account?
No, GamersWalk only allows you to have one account per user. If the system detects more than one account you may lose all your accounts.
There will be more games?
Yes, the platform will be constantly in evolution and we have plans of adding new games to the platform.
What happens if I lose all my GamerCoins?
It doesn't matter, if you come back the next day you will have 2000 GamerCoins and in addition you will obtain the daily reward that will increase your earnings. Soon there will be other ways to get GamerCoins.
Can i modify my profile?
Yes, inside your profile you will find an edit button that will allow you to put your personal information and besides you will be able to connect your social media with the platform and share the StreamBattles.
I can't see properly the web, what can i do?
We recommend you using Chrome or Firefox for a correct experience of the web, due to some browsers not integrating good enough the actual standards, some content may not be seen, but we are working to fix it.
Can i see the web in my smartphone?
The web is not yet adapted to smartphone nor to the lowest screen resolution, because the elements must be adapted little by little, we are working so that soon you can visualize it correctly through any device.
Difference between GamersWalk and the others?
In GamersWalk we give the chance to players and events of increasing the interaction with their fans with our system of StreamBattles and other games that we are developing right now. In addition, users can earn prizes while seeing their favourite streams
What's the use of the experience and levels?
By levelling up you will get rewards and you will be able to access to exclusive prizes that require a certain account level.
I have won a physical or virtual prize. What I do?
If you are the winner of a physical or virtual prize one admin will contact you through the email attached to your account in order to proceed to the delivery of the prize. Make sure you introduce your real email so we can contact you.
Can I earn prizes anywhere in the world?
Yes, GamersWalk is a global platform!
Where can I see the available prizes?
You can watch it in the home, in the store or inside a box. Soon there will be more ways of getting prizes, you should pay attention to the store section!
What are the StreamBattles?
The StreamBattles are a way of interacting with your favourite streamer or event created by GamersWalk. On them, some questions will be asked during the streamings where you can play your GamerCoins.
Can anyone create a StreamBattle?
No. We are currently working with a small number of professional players and events in our platform, soon we will expand the service to more players and events.
Where do I see the questions I have participated?
You can consult your history. There will be a resume of all relevant information (Played GamerCoins, quote, data...)
Can I play for free?
Yes! Our platform is free to play for all the users, the GamerCoins can be obtained by participating in the platform. Soon there will be more forms of earning GamerCoins.
Waht are the quotes?
The quotes multiplies the GamerCoins that you play in each question. The higher the quote, the more GamerCoins you will get.
I have won a StreamBattle but i dont get the GCs
You won't receive the GamerCoins obtained in a StreamBattle instantly, you will have to wait until the admin validate the question and then the GamerCoins will be sent.
Malfunctions
The platform is not finished yet and we are in a beta phase, which means that we are developing the platform and may have some functionallities that are to finished, we will work to 100% finish it as soon as posible.

What are the boxes?
Boxes are virtual items which you will obtain by interaction in StreamBattles. Users can get a maximum of one box each 3 hours. To get one box, you need to get three questions right.
How do I open a box?
To open a box, you only need to click on a box in your profile and click on "Open box" option. The box will take some hours to open. Duration of open might be reduced by paying gems.
What might a box have?
A box might give you virtual or physical items.
What's an equipment?
Equipments are armor pieces. You can equip them in your character. Each piece of armor might give you aditional stats and powers. An equipment will change also visually your character. Equipments might be common, epic or legendary.
What are the powers?
Powers are skills obtained from equipment that you can use. To equip a power you have to equip first the armor with that power attached, and, after that, go to your profile and choose a power in one of the three available slots.
How do I use a power?
Once equiped a power it will appear in the header. To use it, you only have to click in the power. Once used, you can't use that power again until the cooldown is over.
Why can't I equip an equipment?
To use epic and legendary equipment you have to reach the necessary level.
Is there any limitation when getting a prize?
- A same user can not redeem more than once the same prize within a year. In addition, each user can redeem a prize from the store per month and can not get more than one million GamerCoins prize or more per year.
- The prizes redeemed in the platform, as well as those received through any virtual and / or physical prize draw method, can only be exchanged for one month after the notification is received. Once this period has passed, the prizes will lose their validity and will be considered as not being accepted by the user.
- The prizes exchanged in the platform can only be received one month after the exchange has been made. Once this period has passed this prizes will lose their validity and wil be considered as not being accepted by the user.
-In the case of physical prizes, GamersWalk does not assume the cost of customs, which must be paid by the user. These costs vary in each country and according to the real value of the prize obtained.
-In the case of not having the necessary stock, a prize of similar value will be offered as an alternative.
Code of conduct
- GamersWalk reserves the right to discard questions that do not comply with the basic rules of the game.
- Illegal conducts within the platform will be penalized. What are illicit behaviors? Behaviors that harm both actively and passively to the platform or its users. The penalty, depending on the severity of the conduct, may be warned with a warning or involve temporary or permanent blocking to GamersWalk.
- Users who participate in a game that does not respect the basic standards of GamersWalk will lose the coins played during that StreamBattle. In the event that you exchange a physical or virtual gift obtained with fraudulent play, the shipment may be revoked.
- Users can communicate to the platform any illicit use of the questions or the game system. Your help is important to ensure the smooth operation of GamersWalk!
Route of action against illicit behavior
GamersWalk will block the account in case of suspicion of unlawful behavior and contact the person who performed it. In case of being guilty, depending on the severity and the recidivism can be faced a reset of the account to 2,000 GamerCoins and its recovery or a permanent block.
How many days does it take to process the prize?
Prizes have a control and processing protocol that depends on wether it is virtual or phisical. A platform administrator will get in touch with you to indicate the steps to be taken to receive the prize and inform you about the shiping time.
Restrictions StreamBattle Quiz
The maximum number of winners per quiz is as follows: 20 Paysafecard 10€, 10 Paysafecard 20€ and 5 DR200 chairs. In the event that these winners are overtaken in a quiz, the winners will be chosen by drawing lots to receive the prizes.
In order for a quiz to be considered valid, all the questions answered must be correct.
Raffle basis
The raffles during live broadcasts on the GAMERSWALK platform are carried out with a proprietary tool that generates the winners automatically and randomly.
For the participation in live raffles, it is necessary to fulfill the conditions specified in each retransmission prior to the start of the raffle tool.
The possible conditions that are facilitated to activate the live raffle tool are:
Selection among subscribers in Twitch.
Selection among followers in Twitch.
Selection among brotherhood members in GAMERSWALK.
When executing a live draw, all or none of the previously mentioned conditions can be selected.
IMPORTANT: In case of not selecting a specific condition, the draw will take place among all users with active login on the platform during the retransmission.
For this, the same user will have to select the option to participate in the draw at a time established on the screen at the time of executing the same.
Delivery and Prize Request during live raffles at GAMERSWALK
All the winners of the live draws either for the delivery of a virtual prize and / or physical must resort to the page "My Character" -> Panel -> Awards.
Once the prize has been requested, an automatic ticket will be generated that will reach the prizes department responsible for carrying out the management and the corresponding delivery.
Deadlines and areas for awarding prizes during live raffles at GAMERSWALK
There is a maximum period of 1 month from the date of acquisition of the prize during a live draw at GAMERSWALK.
In case of not making the request for the prize during the period of 1 month since its acquisition, said prize will be considered void.
The raffles of physical prizes in direct of GAMERSWALK are of spanish scope, unless expressly indicative of the opposite previous to the realization of the own raffle.
In the event that the winner does not meet the conditions established during the live participation of a draw for physical prize, GAMERSWALK reserves the right to manage said prize, which may be considered void.
Reservations and limitations
It will be understood, by way of example, but not limiting, that fraud occurs, when the alleged use of independent applications created solely for the participation in raffles, the realization of an abuse of queries to the server and all those behaviors that may result abusive and / or malicious.
The verification of any of these circumstances during the draw will entail the automatic disqualification of the participant, as well as the loss of the prize if it has been granted.
GAMERSWALK is exempt from any liability in the event of any error in the data provided by the winners themselves that prevents their identification. Likewise, it is not responsible for any loss, damage, theft or any other circumstance not attributable to GAMERSWALK that may affect the sending of the prizes.
GAMERSWALK reserves the right to take legal action against those persons who perform any type of act likely to be considered manipulation or falsification of the draw.
GAMERSWALK excludes any liability for damages of any nature that may be due to the temporary lack of availability or continuity of the operation of the services through which it participates in the promotion, to the defraud of the utility that the users may have attributed to the same, and in particular, although not exclusively, to the failures in the access to the different pages and sending of participation responses through the Internet.
GAMERSWALK reserves the right to make changes that result in the successful conclusion of the draw when there is just cause or force majeure reasons that prevent it from being completed in the manner in which these rules are collected.
GAMERSWALK reserves the right to postpone or extend the period of the draw, as well as the power to interpret these legal bases.

What percentage of what I generates I keep?
You get 80% of everything you generate and we get 20%.

What can I do if an unwanted user acquires a service?
You can refuse the purchase from your Dashboard -> Your streamer account -> Service orders.
What expenses are associated to the services?
The price of the services is established by the seller. Paypal management costs charged by the Paypal platform and the Value Added Tax (VAT) are applied to it. Any other associated cost, such as shipping costs, must be established by the seller or communicated on the corresponding ticket.
I bought a service by mistake, what can I do?
You have 24 hours to cancel a purchase. To do this, contact us through the support center by selecting the department "I bought a service by mistake". Whenever you contact in the following 24 hours and you haven't already enjoyed the service, we will proceed to return your order.
What happens if the seller does not provide me with the service?
You can get in touch with him through the ticket that is generated between both of you. You can access the ticket through: Your Dashboard -> My History -> My purchases; or through the email that we sent to your email when you purchased the service.
